What a start to the year, we have seen excellent levels of activity resulting in one property that we have just launched going to sealed bids and another property being agreed in excess of the full guide price prior to even going on the market. Our sales in the first week of January 2012 already exceed all sales agreed in January 2010. Looking forward to updating you at the end of the month. January 2012 Well its certainly got off to a very swift start, we are seeing some wonderful new property and are going to be launching at least 10 new special properties in the next week or so. We have just put live a superb house in Sydney buildings with a garage and wider than average mooring. We have some other fine houses and apartments in the pipeline. We have all been very encouraged by the level of fresh enquiries in the first week back and certainly the phones are ringing and its all systems go.
