• From the moment you have completed the referencing form we will process your application as quickly as possible. We normally have an answer back within 48 hours.
• We keep fees simple with charge a ‘one off’ tenancy application fee. There are no renewal or checkout fees.
• Your deposit will be lodged with the Deposit Protection Service and we adhere to strict NAEA / ARLA clients money regulations.
• If we’re managing the property you are renting, you will have an emergency 24 hour number to call in the event of an urgent property problem.
