There are twelve of us at Crisp Cowley. We all live in and around Bath. Some of us were born and bred here. We share a belief in brilliant service and a love of what we do.

Charles Everritt
Charles has a training in fine art and a background working with one of London’s best Estate Agents. His ongoing interest in art gives him a keen eye for architecture and interiors - and a useful ability to understand and sell a house’s finer points. Charles lives in Wellow where he grows vegetables with zeal - his leeks are the envy of the village flower show.

Nick Gale
Nick was born in Bath and joined Crisp Cowley’s residential lettings department in 1987. In 1999 Nick was awarded the Certificate of Residential Lettings and management by the NAEA – the highest national qualification available in the profession. Nick loves swimming, gardening and classical music and looks after his clients with great care.

Martin Sargent
Martin joined Crisp Cowley in the late 1960s and has worked through the highs and lows of the Bath property market. With a loyal client base nurtured over many years, he still has enthusiasm and personal satisfaction in negotiating transactions. In his spare time he enjoys rugby, particularly following Bath Rugby Club, gardening and musical theatre, in which he has been involved for many years.
What do I like about Bath? ‘’ That this world heritage city and the surrounding area offer a wealth of activities and experiences in a fast evolving cosmopolitan environment.

Simon Mitchell
Simon graduated from The University of Gloucestershire in 2001 and has been in property ever since, specialising in the sale of character homes. He recently worked with one of the country’s largest property investment companies with the sale of their residential and commercial estate.

Graham Merrett
Graham Merrett MRICS joined Crisp Cowley in 2008 after 34 years managing Cluttons’ Bath branch. He knows the country house, rural and local city markets inside out. His qualifications and experience enable him to offer good advice on most property matters -including development appraisals for new homes.

John Cowley
John Cowley FRICS has been with Crisp Cowley for over 50 years and his family have links with the firm going back to the 1920's. John still provides invaluable advice to all of his colleagues based on his long and varied experience in all property matters. Like many at Crisp Cowley John is a great rugby and cricket fan and enjoys spending time with his grandchildren.

John Everritt
John Everritt FRICS is Charles's father and provides advice based upon his 40 years experience in commercial property matters to the Crisp Cowley team. His main spheres of experience are with rent reviews, lease renewals and property management.


Jack King
Jack joined us in March 2009. Having lived in Bath all his life, he considers himself fortunate to have been brought up in such a beautiful City and educated in the breathtaking surroundings of Prior Park College. He is an energetic and enthusiastic member of the Crisp Cowley team, enjoying sport, cooking and travel in his spare time.

Sarah Gardiner
We’re delighted to welcome Sarah Gardiner onto our lettings team. She brings experience of managing lettings with one of the largest national agents. As we bring more rental properties on to the market, her experience will be invaluable to our clients – and to our business.
Sarah, like the rest of the team knows the area inside and out and is a keen proponent of its charms.

Ros Rowsell
Ros joined Crisp Cowley in 1987. She makes sure that we market our clients’ property as effectively as possible. She has great contacts with the local and national media and the experience to make them count for our clients.

Julie Campos
Julie has been with us since 1989 - she is a friendly and highly efficient point of contact for our clients, over the phone and in person.

Viv Busby
Viv is a new addition to our team and brings with her long experience of secretarial work in the legal sector. She is helping to enhance our reputation for prompt, highly efficient service.
