Entering via the front door, the appealing double fronted nature of the house creates a through drawing room on the right hand side of the hall and on the left a through sitting room. Both rooms have beautiful stripped timber floors which are limed, marble Regency bulls eye fireplaces and cornicing. The drawing room has a door out to the front garden and a second leading to the side garden.

From the sitting room you walk through into a quite incredible kitchen/dining room which has a wonderful eaved ceiling with timber trusses. A glazed lantern over the dining area and roof lights in the main kitchen give the most amazing sense of light. There is also a whole run of glazed windows and large French doors, giving the whole space a very special feel. This leads out to a further garden area, ideal for outside dining.

The kitchen itself is constructed with dark stained oak units which are all beautifully lined and the central island is finished in brass with black granite worktops. There is a large double AGA which also has a summer electric module. On the top floor are three magnificent bedrooms and a wonderful family bathroom with shower and roll top bath.

Externally

To the front of the house is a charming lawned area which to one side leads round to a secret little garden flanked by large steel planters; this terrace is superb for outside dining as it can be accessed straight off the French doors from the kitchen. On the other side there is a gravel driveway for a number of cars and fine laurel hedging. This leads round to the main garden which has been beautifully landscaped, but has not yet reached its final completion.
