Externally

To the front of the house there are beautiful, contemporary, remoted controlled sliding gates which can also be connected to work remotely via the internet. There is a security system also wired in and a number of activated lights in the front garden area. The driveway has been resin coated and provides a very smooth and consistent finish commensurate with a home of this quality.

A gravelled path on the right-hand side leads you down to the rear gardens, passing the door which gives access up to the annexe. You continue round to a beautifully finished terrace in attractive grey sandstone. There is a hot tub and some fine planting including a Magnolia Grandiflora. The large terrace is a superb place to enjoy summer dining and parties and provides views both across the gardens and to the City rooftops beyond.

Steps lead down to the main garden area which has thoughtfully been laid mainly to lawn so as to be low maintenance.
